Project Summary: Site lighting, handicap ramp, and stair replacement & Cupola Project

Eastman Role: Prime Contractor

Project Overview: The project consisted of removal of the existing front stairs and entryway. Construct new stairs, patio, and handicap accessible ramp while installing a new boiler to provide radiant heat to the new patio, stairs and handicap ramp. Project also included complete external site lighting. Removal of the original 1959 steeple from the roof of the church cut openings through roof and install new cupola with 4 glass walls providing natural light through the roof over the alter.
