Project Overview: In the Susquehanna River in Oneonta, NY, Eastman Associates provided services to design and install permanent sheet pilings, formed and poured large sections of  a 40 foot of concrete training wall, and in-filled the  scour  hole in the front of the dam with heavy  rip rap.
